Indigenous technique in converting old oil drums into wheelbarrows

To convert an oil drum into a wheelbarrow, the first step is to cut off one end of the drum. This will create an opening that can pour in concrete or sand to weigh down the wheelbarrow. The next step is to cut out two handles on either side of the drum. Finally, two wheels need to be attached to the bottom of the drum to make it mobile.
