Manufacturing Of High Quality Plastic Body Washing Machine

Injection molding plastic pellets make plastic body washing machines into a mold. The mold is created by a CAD file and sent to a CNC machine which cuts it out of aluminum. The mold is then placed on a plastic injection molding machine, and the pellets are melted and injected into the mold. The mold is cooled and the part is ejected. The mold is then placed on a second machine which drills holes in the electronics. The washing machine is then assembled and tested.
